Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office production support or application support.
• Experience with Commodities and/or Equity Derivatives products.
• Ability to read logs and troubleshoot in Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support to traders.
• Investigate trade booking issues and P&L discrepancies.
• Monitor and support interfaces and data flows.
