The role combines production support, release management, automation, and close interaction with trading and business teams.

The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting Murex platforms in derivatives environments and is comfortable operating within global production ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Support Front Office and Middle Office trading applications in production environments.
• Manage software releases, deployments, configuration, and platform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production issues across global applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and enhance Murex functionalities and automation tools.
• Build real-time monitoring tools, scripts, and operational reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with global development and support teams in a follow-the-sun model.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and high-quality releases.
• Interact with traders, support teams, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and DevOps practices.
