• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must complete a favorable background investigation and obtain a DoD CAC within the stated time frames.
• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training on schedule.
• Professional appearance and conduct appropriate for a military headquarters environment.

About The Role

You’ll support the G4’s logistics operations mission, specifically munitions management, helping ensure accountability and readiness of ammunition and munitions supporting the command.

What You’ll Do

• Track and report munitions inventory, accountability, and readiness status across supported units.
• Coordinate munitions requirements, requisitions, and distribution planning with logistics and operations staff.
• Support munitions-related policy compliance, safety, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain munitions tracking systems and prepare status reports for command review.
• Coordinate with Army Materiel Command and other munitions proponents as required.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience in munitions management, ammunition accountability, or related Army logistics functions.
• Working knowledge of Army munitions accountability systems and safety/compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
• Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
• No travel required for this position.
