Job summary

UPSLOPE ADVISORS, INC is seeking a professional to support G4's logistics operations for transportation management, coordinating movement and mobility for the command.

You will coordinate transportation planning, track requirements, prepare status reports, and maintain records with a focus on security and DoD procedures. Strong Army logistics knowledge and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Army or DoD transportation management, movement planning, or mobility operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain CAC and pass background checks.

About the Role

What You'll Need

• Working knowledge of Army transportation and deployment/movement systems.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
• Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
• No travel required for this position.
