• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, operations management, computer science, data analytics or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, production operations, operations engineering, process improvement or similar roles within a large, complex organization (aerospace and defense, manufacturing, or similar).

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing capital projects and serves as liaison between production operations, capital planning, and other functional leadership.
• Reviews status of projects and keeps track of budgets related to Munitions Acceleration efforts; works with project owners to manage schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses problems with the capital process and develops resolutions to improve productivity and performance to company objectives.
• Develops applications and mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, financial leaders, and senior leadership.
