Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Muni TTA Project Manager to drive the Municipal Training and Technical Assistance program, manage data systems, and coordinate reporting. The role integrates with MAS and public health initiatives in a collaborative environment.

The position is full-time, hybrid with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Boston, with occasional statewide travel. You will work closely with CABs, senior leadership, and multiple internal teams to translate strategy into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, business, or related field.
• Five years of relevant project management experience; or two years with a master's.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/database preferred.
• Strong written communication for reports and briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Muni TTA workplan and Salesforce data quality standards.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting and CAB support.
• Develop briefing materials and leader-ready updates.
• Support communications and content pipeline for webinars and newsletters.
