Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Municipal Project Manager in Monroe, WI, to lead transportation projects from concept through construction. You will drive scopes, schedules and budgets while coordinating with WisDOT and utility partners.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in municipal/transportation engineering, a PE license in Wisconsin, and proven leadership and client-management skills for multi-project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Seven to ten years of municipal or transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin is required or must be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage municipal transportation projects from concept to construction.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and designs aligned with client expectations and funding.
• Coordinate with municipal clients, WisDOT, utilities and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor design engineers and staff to meet QA/QC standards.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates and technical reports to support business development.
