Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE in WI and eligible for multi-state licensure.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in municipal engineering and project management.
• Strong background in project management and team leadership.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with municipal design, road design, and modeling water, sanitary sewer and storm water systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and enact a comprehensive strategic plan, focusing on growth.
• Lead service-specific proposal efforts with technical expertise and drive project approaches.
• Manage design and delivery of multidisciplinary projects profitably.
• Staff development and mentoring; supervise engineers and staff.
• Develop project work plans and budget projections; deploy resources.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance offerings and delivery methods.
• Uphold high design and reporting standards across projects.
• Review metrics like utilization, backlog, work in process and AR.
• Prepare and coordinate schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with government agencies and utility providers.
• Build client and partner relationships.
