Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from a U.S.-accredited college or university.
• Wisconsin Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of project manager or manager-level responsibilities.
• Applicable U.S.-based civil engineering work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal civil projects and manage scopes, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Write proposals, pursue new municipal work, and grow market share.
• Serve as the main contact for municipal clients in the Greater Appleton area.
• Coordinate with internal staff and sub-consultants; support business development.
• Provide leadership across civil, structural, and land surveying teams.
• Balance project delivery with business development responsibilities.
