Job summary

Cabot Risk Strategies, LLC seeks a Risk Management Representative to service the eastern part of Massachusetts. You will analyze loss data, present risk management recommendations, conduct on-site surveys, and support safety training and loss control efforts for municipal accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in risk management or safety, a college degree, and professional designations such as ARM, CSP, or ASP are preferred. OSHA certifications and familiarity with NFPA standards are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, safety, or loss control.
• Municipal experience desirable.
• Professional designation such as ARM, CSP, ASP, or ALCM preferred.
• Certifications in OSHA compliance and safety training are desirable.
• Familiar with NFPA, FM, UL, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret loss data to develop risk management strategies.
• Present analysis and recommendations to municipal leaders and department heads.
• Conduct on-site surveys and quantify property, liability, fleet, and workers’ compensation exposures.
• Conduct property valuation.
• Assist in safety meetings, training sessions, and access to program resources.
• Investigate emerging issues and identify training opportunities.
• Conduct field training of designated personnel.
