Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PE licensure in Michigan.
• 8+ years experience managing municipal projects (storm, sanitary, water, roads).
• 8+ years in A/E/C with municipal client retention/attraction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with municipal clients and pursue opportunities.
• Lead projects including client communications, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Oversee team workload and cross-location collaboration for project delivery.
• Identify client needs and draft proposals/fee estimates.
