Job summary

LVI Associates in Detroit seeks a Municipal Senior Project Manager to lead municipal and LAP transportation projects. The role reports to the Director of Construction or Project Management and requires delivering projects on time, within scope, and to applicable standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience, a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams in water, sewer, roads, and site review.

  • Engineering and design experience with water, sewer, storm water, roads and site plan review.
  • Design experience with Michigan agencies including MDOT local agency system.
  • Computer skills: internet, email, Excel, Word.
  • Experience with construction administration/engineering is a plus.

Municipal Senior Project Manager
Location: Detroit, MI

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (three days per week in office after probation period)

We are seeking a Municipal Project Manager to join our team and lead municipal and LAP transportation projects. In this role, you will oversee project delivery, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable standards. This position reports directly to the Director of Construction or Project Management.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with established clients in the Rochester Hills office
  • Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets

Requirements
