Job summary

Century West Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer to join our civil engineering team in Washington. You will collaborate with project managers and design staff on engineering deliverables, calculations, and project closeout, and you will visit field sites to observe activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a PE license in OR, WA, or ID, with knowledge of local design standards for transportation or utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• PE license in OR/WA/ID is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with local design standards for transportation and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and design team on deliverables and calculations.
• Provide actionable feedback on design work from engineers and technicians
• Visit project sites to observe field activities
• Manage small projects under supervision of a project manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with project managers and other design team members on engineering deliverables, calculations, and project closeout

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or appropriate discipline
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho
• Experience and knowledge of local design standards for transportation and/or utility projects
