Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel municipalities and government entities on land use, zoning, contracts, and related issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and other documents.
• Represent clients in litigation, administrative proceedings, and negotiations.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues to provide practical advice.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure strong representation.
