RVE, an Ardurra company, seeks a Project Manager – Municipal Engineer for our Lehigh Valley, Allentown, PA office. The role oversees infrastructure projects for municipalities, acting as the principal client contact and guiding design, permitting, and construction activities.

The candidate should bring 10–15 years of municipal engineering experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a BS in Civil Engineering with PE license. Salary ranges are provided with competitive benefits.

• Knowledge of computer aided design software.

Responsibilities

• Act as client manager to municipalities or public agencies, coordinating projects to client satisfaction.
• Develop or implement engineering solutions to improve and maintain infrastructure.
• Design transportation, utilities, facilities, or hydraulic systems using CAD tools.
• Estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, or labor for feasibility.
• Analyze survey data, maps, drawings, or geologic data.
• Conduct traffic/environmental studies to identify engineering problems and impacts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Attend public meetings as Municipal Engineer or Land Use Board Engineer; present reports.
• Provide technical advice on design, construction, or capital modifications.
• Support field activities of construction inspection teams.
