Pennoni Associates Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Engineer – Municipal Infrastructure (Roadway/Drainage/Utilities) to contribute to municipal infrastructure projects from our Clearwater, FL office. The role involves design, permitting, and coordination across disciplines on a full-time basis.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design deliverables. Florida licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of professional civil engineering experience with municipal roadway, drainage/stormwater, and utility design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and preparation of construction plans for civil infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work on municipal infrastructure projects including roadways, drainage, and utilities.
• Prepare civil design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D with roadway, drainage, and utility components.
• Conduct hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and stormwater design; prepare related reports and permit applications.
• Coordinate design with multiple disciplines and assist in project management and client coordination.
