Job summary

City of Blue Springs seeks an experienced GIS Analyst to support, maintain, and expand the City's Geographic Information System (GIS) operations across multiple departments. You will develop, manage, analyze, and maintain geospatial data and GIS applications used citywide.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of GIS experience, strong ESRI skills, and the ability to manage projects and lead GIS initiatives across municipal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, CS, Eng, Planning, IT or related field required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional GIS experience; municipal or utility experience preferred.
• Experience with ESRI products: ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise, Field Maps, Survey123, Dashboards.
