• 3+ years in Public (Municipal) Finance or Senior Living Finance.
• Experience with project-related financings is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to create and analyze financial models and perform research.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior bankers with deal management and analytics for staff and boards.
• Develop financial models to assess debt or financing alternatives for transactions.
• Perform cash-flow analyses and debt portfolio analyses.
