Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields; preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles, required
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, payroll, office administration, or related administrative support roles
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite; essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential
• Demonstrated community involvement; strongly preferred
