Gilmore and Associates, Inc. in New Britain/Newtown, PA is seeking a Municipal Engineer to design, plan, and implement municipal projects.

You will conduct site assessments, perform calculations, and prepare reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to timelines and budgets. You will attend public meetings, engage with community stakeholders, and contribute to innovative infrastructure solutions using your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Must have municipal engineering experience and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders.
• Project management foundation to oversee timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Market, sell and cross-sell professional services for municipal projects.
• Assist Project Manager to maintain client relationships with stakeholders.
• Attend required public meetings; Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, Zoning Hearing Board.
• Provide design services and project management on municipal capital improvement projects.
• Prepare regulatory permit applications and plans; prepare bid plans and specifications.
