We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Public Works team, passionate about designing, building, and maintaining critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

1. Lead municipal engineering projects related to water, wastewater, utilities, and roadway design.
2. Serve as the primary contact for clients.
3. Coordinate and foster teamwork across disciplines.
4. Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
5. Work with permitting agencies.
6. Develop reports, feasibility studies, and designs.
7. Lead proposals, scope, schedule, and budget development.
8. Set objectives and provide performance feedback.
9. Prepare designs, estimates, and specifications.
10. Conduct site visits and assess existing conditions.
11. Collaborate with surveyors, consultants, and construction staff.
12. Participate in business development and professional organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with client contact and project management preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with technical teams, design, reports, and studies for municipal projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly present technical information.
