Your Role Will Include:

    Leading the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinating multi-discipline teams and directing the design of key infrastructure components like pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development efforts.

What You'll Need to Thrive:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
  • 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a PE license, and a background in consulting.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CADD, project scheduling, and proposal development is a plus.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
