Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant field experience.
• Minimum 2 years in municipal consulting, planning, finance, or related field.
• Ability to manage projects and client relationships in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounts and relationships for municipal clients.
• Prospect and convert new client leads to build a book of business.
• Manage municipal consulting projects from start to finish.
• Prepare financial models and analysis using Excel and GIS tools.
• Present findings clearly in reports and presentations.
• Travel overnight as needed and lead project teams.
