Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years’ experience in municipal/public works administration or engineering.
• Two or more years of supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the Engineering Division within the Planning & Development Services Department.
• Supervise engineering inspectors, staff and consultants on design, review, construction, permitting and township facility projects.
• Oversee engineering review and approval on construction projects within the Township.
• Assist Director with infrastructure planning, permits, recordkeeping and GIS mapping.
• Lead administration of contracts with external agencies and project-specific contracts.
• Schedule work activities, monitor progress, and assess quantity and quality of work.
