Job summary

WSB is seeking a Civil Designer to develop and revise construction documents for land development, site design, renewables and municipal projects. You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality design solutions and ensure consistency across deliverables.

Requires an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, plus experience in civil design and proficiency in Civil 3D. A valid driver’s license is needed to travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in civil design and engineering.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D design software is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil engineering designs under the guidance of a licensed engineer.
• Prepare and revise technical drawings and construction documents for land development, site design, renewables and municipal projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy across project deliverables.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure plans and specifications are complete, accurate, and constructible.
• Support project managers with conceptual, preliminary, and final design efforts, including cost estimates and proposals.
• Participate in client and team meetings to support project delivery and address technical questions.
