• Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with capital improvement planning, infrastructure assessments, and project prioritization.
• Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and engineering standards.
