Job summary

The Town of Harrisburg, NC, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Engineering Division of the Engineering and Public Works Department. The role includes development review, design support, capital project work, stormwater program duties, and technical field reviews under the Deputy Town Engineer.

Desirable candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Professional Engineer license (NC preferred or obtainable). A valid NC driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in NC preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license required.
