Job summary

The Office of Administration's Facilities Management, Design, and Construction division (OA-FMDC) is seeking an Experienced Specialized Trades Worker to support operations across buildings and grounds in Missouri. You will contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment and collaborate with internal teams and the public.

You will perform skilled tasks in a range of trades, rely on your diverse background, and participate in long-term career growth with strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize excellent customer service for diverse stakeholders.
• Complete skilled work within one or more specialized trade areas.
• Apply trade knowledge to troubleshooting, repairs, and remediation tasks.
• Perform work in electrical, HVAC, electronics, carpentry, concrete and masonry, welding, plumbing, and/or painting.
• Heavy lifting, manual labor, and operating machinery and heavy equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls and travel to other facilities as needed.
• Provide after-hours coverage for emergencies and severe weather events.
• Follow health and safety protocols including OSHA standards.
