Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred apprenticeship in Maintenance Mechanic or Machine Repair.
• 5+ years of relevant field experience.
• Knowledge of Fanuc, OSP, or Mazatrol.
• Ability to read schematics and understand electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Keep safety as a primary focus; follow safety policies and reports.
• Diagnose and repair production equipment and CNC machinery.
• Work from drawings, sketches, specifications, and manuals.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Dismantle and reassemble machines during repairs or overhauls.
• Maintain and service facility equipment and waste-water systems.
• Promote 5S + Safety and lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Support team members and participate in problem solving.
