R&D Maintenance Services, Inc. is seeking skilled maintenance workers for the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway Project based in Columbus, MS.

The role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and construction tasks on buildings, infrastructure, and equipment across multiple sites. Candidates should have at least 3 years of verifiable experience in maintenance or construction trades, with strong mechanical aptitude and tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in building, facility, machinery maintenance, or construction trades.
• Prefer 7–10 years of experience and ability to operate basic maintenance equipment.
• Must complete background check, MVR, and drug/alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repair, or construction tasks on machinery, buildings, structures and utility systems.
• Load, transport, and position materials, tools and equipment as needed.
• Assist with lifting and securing materials during installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; observe safety guidelines.
• Work both indoors and outdoors; adapt to varying site conditions.
