Landings Real Estate Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Trades Specialist to maintain apartment communities in Middletown, RI. You'll handle turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple trades, with a team that supports your efforts.

The role emphasizes practical skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, alongside timely work orders and a willingness to respond to on-call shifts. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance or a single skilled trade.
• Solid carpentry skills including framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or related work.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns focusing on carpentry and skilled trades.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Process work orders with ~24-hour turnaround.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Support seasonal property needs such as snow removal.
