Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking experienced maintenance technicians to perform general repairs and perform inspections across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties. The role involves prioritizing work orders and coordinating with external contractors for specialized projects.

Ideal candidates have proven facilities maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC areas.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance.
Fabricate or repair equipment as needed; supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
