Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic facilities maintenance technicians to perform general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC, and to represent the company to clients in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, conducting routine inspections, prioritizing tasks by urgency, fabricating or repairing equipment, and coordinating external contractors for specialized repairs while delivering excellent customer service to

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Fabricate or repair equipment as needed and supervise external contractors.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
