Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of construction experience (residential or commercial).
• Hands-on experience with carpentry, framing, and concrete work.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor on commercial projects, including remodels and new builds.
• Demolition work; site preparation, trenching, and grading as needed.
• Pour, finish, and cure concrete for foundations and slabs.
• Assist with framing, carpentry, walls, ceilings, and related finish work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; maintain a clean, safe site.
• Collaborate with crews and follow supervisor directions.
