The role emphasizes physical work, safety, and teamwork with opportunities to contribute to a long-standing heavy civil contractor. All weather shifts, including weekends, may be required and prior farming or agricultural experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, concrete, farming, ranching, or agricultural work preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, including Saturdays if required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team player with ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete operations including forming, pouring, finishing and cleanup.
• Perform general labor such as shoveling, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe jobsite.
• Work collaboratively with foremen, operators and crew members.
• Perform other duties to support project needs.
