Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Door Technicians for work in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. You will repair and install commercial doors, dock hardware, and related equipment, ensuring safety and quality.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and mechanical aptitude; ability to lift up to 100 pounds; must have a valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and/or install a wide range of commercial doors and dock hardware, including rolling steel doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors and dock levelers/equipment.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
