Job summary

I AM ABLE CENTER FOR FAMILY DEVELOP is seeking a licensed therapist to provide direct clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The role includes office-based sessions with potential home visits, maintaining a manageable caseload, and coordinating referrals to community resources.

Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential. Qualifications include a master’s degree in social work or related field, LSW/LPC preferred, with LCSW for supervisory positions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• LSW/LPC license preferred; LCSW preferred for supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment to individuals, couples, families, and groups in the office; home visits offered when appropriate.
• Maintain an active caseload of up to 20 clients across specified programs.
• Conduct intake appointments, orientation, and mental health assessments.
• Coordinate referrals and linkages with federal, state, and local resources.
