Job summary

ARaymond in Logansport, IN is seeking an Assembly Operator to produce high-quality finished products by assembling, inspecting, and operating manufacturing equipment. You will rotate across multiple workstations and product lines, follow standardized work instructions, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read and follow procedures, operate automated and manual equipment, and document production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures

• Basic math skills for counting and measuring

• Willingness to rotate among different assembly processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of and comply with all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Assemble components into finished products ready for shipment.
• Setup and adjust production machinery per requirements and quality standards.
• Sort, inspect, and rework nonconforming materials.
• Operate automated and manual assembly equipment and vision systems.
• Move materials, load and unload machines.
• Record production hours and output data in systems.
• Rotate through department across different products and processes.
