Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred; entry‑level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn encouraged.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and produce basic production documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high‑quality work.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance as a team member.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
• Self‑motivation and desire to learn new skills within the organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high‑quality products by following SOPs and documenting production tasks.
• Install components like wiring, fasteners, tires per detailed instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools, testing equipment, and fixtures safely.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Maintain traceability by completing production and quality records.
• Rotate across stations to increase flexibility and efficiency.
• Identify and communicate production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to hit daily targets.
• Keep work area clean and safe following 5S practices.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
