• Identify and communicate production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to hit daily targets.
• Keep work area clean and safe following 5S practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble high‑quality products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and pride in every unit produced
• Install and secure components such as wiring harnesses, fasteners, tires, and other mechanical parts according to detailed assembly instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively to complete builds
• Perform thorough inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet Greenworks’ quality and performance standards
• Accurately complete required production, inspection, and quality documentation to support traceability and continuous improvement efforts
• Rotate between multiple workstations and become cross‑trained across various assembly processes to increase flexibility and efficiency
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and communicate production issues, defects, or concerns to supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain workflow
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional departments to meet daily production targets and improve overall operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in alignment with safety and 5S standards
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to help ensure a safe workplace for yourself and your team
