Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Multispecialty Sonographer for BSW College Station Medical Center. The role involves performing abdominal, OB/Gyn, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal, and small parts ultrasound studies.

Work schedule is full-time from Sunday to Thursday, 11 PM to 7 AM, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The candidate will evaluate patient history, select optimal imaging techniques, and may assist in procedures and OR settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited diagnostic ultrasound program.
• Two years of multispecialty ultrasound experience is often preferred.
• BLS or higher is typically required per department standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to advanced ultrasound studies across abdominal, OB/GYN, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal and small parts.
• Operates ultrasound equipment and ensures quality imaging and documentation.
• Prepares patients, obtains history, and explains procedures to patients.
• Assists physicians in procedures and OR settings when needed.
• Maintains equipment, PACS/EMR workflows, and validates image quality.
