Capital Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across units. You will work 12-hour shifts and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Applicants should have an RN license, an associate degree or higher, and at least one year of relevant experience. Certification needs include BLS, with additional trauma and pediatric requirements as applicable.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse.
• One year related experience or training.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider.
• ATCN or TNCC within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers quality care through nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Assures patient safety by executing policies and procedures.
• Provide pain management and comfort measures for patients.
• Discharge planning to maximize recovery and activities.
• Coordinate handoffs and information transfer among care teams.
• Lead or participate in unit-based committees and performance improvement.
