Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher plus MT/MLT certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and clinical lab testing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood bank as needed.
• Organizes workload independently to meet deadlines.
• Performs QC/QA and maintenance on instruments.
• Reports results promptly per protocol and follows safety procedures.
• Maintains laboratory quality through standard precautions and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoots instruments and reagents when problems occur.
