Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of nursing experience and an accredited nursing degree, with RN license and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with BLS certification.
• Ability to work in a 36-hour day/night rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes nursing judgments.
• Assesses health care needs and formulates, implements, and evaluates a care plan.
• Coordinates care and directs assistive personnel to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with health professionals to determine patient and family needs.
