Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus training through work experience or education.
• Successful completion of accredited medical assistant program.
• Must possess one of the listed Medical Assistant credentials within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients throughout the visit and assist the physician.
• Coordinate pre/intra/post visit activities including scheduling and communication.
• Room patients, take history, and assist with routine tasks and procedures.
