Job summary

Bravus Mining & Resources is seeking skilled mining operators for Carmichael Mine to drive production on a modern fleet. You’ll operate Dozers and Haul Trucks, contribute to continuous improvement, and work a 7/7 roster with potential day-shift overtime.

Camp, pit, and airport are within 5 minutes, making travel easy. Applicants should have 12+ months mining experience, Standard 11 medical, a valid licence, and relevant RIIs or recent training.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of mining experience with heavy equipment.
• Experience operating Dozers and Haul Trucks.
• Competence with Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader.
• Current Standard 11 medical and a valid driver’s license.
• RII competencies or recent verified training transcript.
• Team-oriented with safety and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozers and Haul Trucks safely to support production.
• Adhere to safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with site operations as part of a tight-knit team.
• Adapt to rostered schedule and overtime when required.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months’ mining experience, confidently operating Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus experience with at least one of the following: Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader.
• Current Standard 11 medical and a valid driver’s licence.
• Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript from the last 5 years.
• A strong, team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to getting the job done.
