Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years building maintenance experience.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, painting and janitorial skills.
• Ability to take initiative and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours or escalate.
• Participate in safety programs and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to be hazard-free.
• Assist in unit turnover preparations including painting and cleaning.
