Priority Dispatch Corp. in Claremont, NH is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform routine and preventive maintenance across the community. You will respond to requests within 24 hours, participate in safety programs, and assist with turnover preparations.

You will work under the Building Engineer and Community Manager, maintain common areas and grounds, and help ensure a hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years building maintenance experience.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, painting and janitorial skills.
• Ability to take initiative and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours or escalate.
• Participate in safety programs and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to be hazard-free.
• Assist in unit turnover preparations including painting and cleaning.
