Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED accepted.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within team environment.
• Ability to apply basic math and measurements in work.
• Fluency with PLC, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi controls.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plant equipment to ensure proper operation and up-time.
• Plans, coordinates, and directs equipment improvements and installations.
• Monitors and repairs machinery, tools and systems used in manufacturing.
• Investigates breakdowns and creates solutions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain robust PM and TPM processes.
• Follow diagrams, manuals, and specifications to troubleshoot equipment.
