Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Moon Gate Plaza to perform skilled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping systems, while mentoring junior staff.

You will rotate on-call duties, prepare vacant units for re-occupancy, and coordinate with contractors. Bilingual English/Spanish required; company-provided housing on-site is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; three years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Extensive plumbing knowledge with electrical repair experience on appliances, circuits and fixtures.
• Rough and finish carpentry experience for structural/finish repairs.
• Basic OSHA safety knowledge and landscape maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with 24/7 emergency maintenance coverage.
• Perform skilled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping systems.
• Prepare vacant units for re-occupancy within timeframes; perform turnovers, painting, flooring, fixtures.
