Formación

• 5 years of experience in facility equipment maintenance or equivalent
• Knowledge of facility electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical control systems, including CNC machines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Maintains equipment, equipment warranties and maintenance records.
• Upkeep of the facility and production equipment.
• Collaborates with 3rd party contractors for on-site repairs and maintenance, managing payments and invoices.
• Maintains and manages production equipment spare parts inventory.
• Supports mechanical work for facilities expansion projects (electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Follows blueprints and instructions to plan and layout assignments.
• Assembles and installs mechanical/electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment.
